SSATC/Gatorade Secondary School Service Award
The NATA SSATC Gatorade Service Award was created to annually recognize a certified athletic trainer, at the secondary school level, who has provided outstanding service and dedication to his / her school. This not only focuses on athletic health care but also involvement with the general school community functions.

Jack Cramer Scholarship
The Jack Cramer Scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating high school senior who intends to pursue a career in athletic training.  Additional information regarding this scholarship may be found at the following link.

Very good article which advocates athletic trainers at ALL contact sporting events; although several quotes in the article by various individuals state this is “unlikely”.  But, another article to fuel our efforts for athletic trainers at the secondary school level.
