GLATA’s Mentorship program was developed by the Young Professionals’ Committee with the goal of
· Increasing involvement of Young professionals (YP)
· Helping to guide Athletic Training Students (ATS) toward their professional goals
· Promoting networking opportunities with Established Professionals (EP)
