Jessica Huett is an assistant professor of athletic training at Manchester University where she also serves as the Coordinator of Athletic Training Clinical Education. Jessica completed her BS in education at Wright State University, MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from California University of Pennsylvania, and EdD in Adult, Community, and Higher Education from Ball State University. Before joining the faculty at Manchester University, Jessica worked with several colleges and universities where she provided patient care to student-athletes while also teaching within Athletic Training Programs. Some of these institutions include Kenyon College (OH), Marietta College (OH), and Heidelberg University (OH). Jessica has also served as part of the faculty at Ball State University (IN), The University of South Carolina (SC), and the University of Iowa (IA). Professional service has been a priority of Jessica’s as she has been engaged in several state, regional, and national organizations. In addition to her service to GLATA, Jessica currently serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education as well as a reviewer for the Journal of Athletic Training and Athletic Training Education Journal. Jessica and her husband, Rob live in Fort Wayne, IN where they enjoy spending time with family, being active outdoors and are looking forward to growing their family when they welcome their first child this fall.
