Biography:

Jen Tymkew graduated from Michigan State University in 2002.  She went on to receive her Master of Science from the University of Kentucky in 2004.  Jen has been a Certified Athletic Trainer in the collegiate setting for 20 years and is currently the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Integrated Healthcare and Performance at Youngstown State University.  Jen has given several presentations on blood flow restriction and has research interests in athlete wellness metrics and return-to-play guidelines.  She currently lives in Poland, OH.
