Matthew Walker, MAT, AT, ATC
ATs Care Committee Co-Coordinator, Term: 2024-2026
Biography:
A native of Capac, MI, he received his Bachelors of Science from Central Michigan University in 2013 and his Master of Athletic Training degree from Texas Tech University in 2016. He then completed a fellowship within the University of Michigan athletic department working with the track and field program in 2016.
Matt joined the Michigan ATs Care program in 2018 as an inaugural committee member. In 2022, he became the chair of the committee, while concurrently accepting a new role within GLATA ATs Care.
Matt is currently a staff athletic trainer and adjunct professor within the department of Health and Human performance at Concordia University Ann Arbor.
